The Cortland County Community Action Program, Inc., better known as CAPCO, is the designated community action agency serving all of Cortland County with select services in neighboring Chenango and Tompkins counties.
Since 1974, we’ve provided programs and services that help individuals and families build stability and strengthen their foundations while contributing to a stronger, more resilient community.

Becoming a Rider
CAPCO’s volunteer driving program primarily provides rides through the MAS system, helping community members get to medical appointments. Availability may change depending on program funding, so the best way to find out if you’re eligible and to schedule a ride is to call CAPCO directly at (607) 753-6781
